| How it all Happened... |
Wow...what a journey it's been and finally a wedding to plan! Josh & I met way back in Junior high. We grew up as close friends, even went to a few prom & homecoming events together. The most memorable, our junior prom! Over time, we grew closer & closer. Josh helping me through some very hard times. Through it all, we realized that there was more than a friendship between us. I realized what it was like to be treated like like a princess. Thanks to the big reality check that happened at age 20. Hanging out at Lindey's house, I can remember Dustin, Corey & Rubes sneaking away to leave me & Josh alone to make that initial spark. John always lived up to that "sneaky John" name...Josh & I finally had our first kiss...and we've been together ever since. Sure, Josh & I have had some ups in downs, but at the end of the day, we realize that there is not another person that we'd rather be with than one another. How it all happened? We went to beautiful Destin, Florida to help celebrate my aunts beautiful wedding. Josh waited until the end of our vacation and popped the big question on the white sandy beaches, overlooking the emerald coast. It was perfect and so was the ring I received. It was such a surprise for me, as well as my family & friends. After almost 10 years....I can finally plan the day I only dreamed about as a young girl. I couldn't quite figure out who to call first, so I sent a mass text message. Never cry wolf....why, cause nobody believes you when it really happens! Most of the replies were..."you better not be joking...", "are you serious?" or "april fools isn't for a few months". hmmm....I have pulled too many April fools Jokes on a my friends, as well as my mom. :o) Finally, the wedding, we are so excited to be planning the beach wedding that we've always talked about. So, we thought there isn't a better way to inform everyone of our desination plans than through a website. You'll be able to keep track of the latest news...Now, let's all start counting down the days to the big day! Last but not least, Thank you all for sharing our special day....

| About us... |
Life over the past 10 years....hmmm, the many roomates over the years...Darren, our roomie for most of our relationship, and whom we'll always love, especially the rug he cuts at 2am....and then there's the animal house (and boy was it)...Lads, Corey, Chris, Lindsey and the many other people that just stayed overnight...good thing that only lasted 6 months. Later on, we shared our homes with Jenny, Tiffany, Jenn, & Jeff. Geez, I guess I never realized how many roomies we had?!?! Most importantly, my parents, they let us move back home so we could build our very first home. This was an adventure but so worth it. We moved in to our home January, 2005. Soon after, we had the wonderful news a baby was on the way...Ayden, probably the best thing ever for us, besides us finding one another, was born January 27, 2006. Maybe we should wed in January, a lot of good things have happened in January...but the warm Destin sunshine won't be so warm in January & we also lost one of our very best friends in the month of January. RIP, DDR...We always think of you! As for Ayden...He sure keeps us on our toes and reminds me each day how truly blessed we are! He's so smart, and growing sooo fast. Ayden will be a part of our special day, along with his little sweetheart, Jerzey Lynn. Our workworlds...Josh, has worked for North American Mechanical for over 10 years now, along with most of his close buddies. He works as an HVAC journeyman (pipefitter). I work for Columbus Community Hospital as a Health Information Reporting Analysis specialist (wow, that's a mouthful). I am currently going back to school to become an RN. I have to add...it's been very tough & Josh has been SOOO supportive of it all. (The wage raise in the end might have a bit to do with that...:O)) On to our friends...we both are very fortunate to have a great group of friends, through all the ups & downs & changes in everyone's lives - we all seem to stick together. I thank each of you for all you've done. And family...we owe the most to you...bringing us into the world and supporting our every decision. We love you all!
